John Stutzer hit a two-run homer and a double, where he later scored a run, as Team Gold defeated Team Garnet 11-6 on Friday night as FSU wrapped up the fall baseball season with an All-Star Game inside Dick Howser Stadium.

The FSU sophomore was among the stars of the night, but he was far from the only one as both teams put on a display of power in the seven-inning game. And that was before the Home Run Derby to finish the night.

Genson Veras, a 6-foot-6 freshman outfielder, has shown his power this fall. On Friday, he had a no-doubt two-run homer over the left-field scoreboard as well as a sacrifice fly. Veras also scored on a wild pitch.

Jace Estes, who missed most of 2026 due to injury, also had a solo home run over the screen in right-center field. Sophomore Isaac Pamaran also had a home run.

Catcher Marvin Montenegro had an RBI double and another double.

Indiana transfer shortstop Cooper Malmazian displayed his glove, ranging to his right and on to the grass in left field before firing to first to get the out.

FAMU transfer first baseman Jackson McKenzie also ranged into foul ground, grabbing a fly ball on the run and sliding. He then fired home to get a runner trying to tag up.
