Click Subscribe at the top right of the Osceola website, or at the bottom of the Osceola newsletter, then choose your membership level.

How do I upgrade from the free newsletter to a paid subscription?

Log in, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner, select Manage Subscription and upgrade to the level of your choice. 

I was an Osceola reader on Rivals, how much do I pay to read Osceola here?

How do I access the Osceola Village forums?

The Osceola Village is currently under construction but we are working to have it open in time for the start of preseason football practice.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in, click on the profile icon, and select Manage Subscription. From there, you can unsubscribe or downgrade to a free subscription, which will automatically turn off future billing.   

How do I request a refund?

If there is an issue, we want to try to resolve it for you and for others. If unable to resolve it, we’ll issue a hassle-free refund. Contact Jerry Kutz at 833-378-6397 or at [email protected] 

How do I change my credit card for billing?

Log in, click on the profile icon at the top of the page and select Manage Subscriptions under Billing Details where you can update your payment method through Stripe.

I forgot my password 

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the Osceola website Login page by clicking Forgot your password.

Enter your email and click Send Password reset email. Check your email inbox for the password reset and follow the instructions to update it. If you don’t see the password reset email, be sure to check your spam, junk or promotions folder. 

You will also have the option to use the One-time Password (OTP) login by entering your email address at Log In and will receive a password for one time use until you can find or change your password..
