Florida State fans can finally put two times to football games this fall. The matchup against SMU kicks off on Labor Day (Sept. 7) at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN, while the Florida game will kick off on Nov. 27 (a Friday) at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.
The FSU-SMU game is a standalone, primetime game. It’s not clear yet if other games will be slated opposite the FSU-Florida broadcast on Black Friday.
FSU-SMU game is the program’s ninth Labor Day matchup since 2005. SMU will also be making its first trip to Tallahassee.
The Seminoles will play seven home games in 2026, with the remaining home and road game times to come at a later date. No game time for the FSU-New Mexico State opener has been set.
