The Florida State baseball team is continuing its tradition of playing fall exhibitions in Pensacola.

FSU will face Auburn on Oct. 10 at the Blue Wahoos Stadium, the home park of the Miami Marlins’ Double-A team. Tickets will go on sale Aug. 11.

In prior years, FSU has faced Auburn and Mississippi State in Pensacola.

The Seminoles have not scheduled their other fall baseball games. FSU will likely play one or two more exhibitions at Dick Howser Stadium as well as the Garnet & Gold scrimmage.

In 2027, the Seminoles will feature a new-look roster. FSU has added first basemen / DH Nick Barron (Northwestern) and Jackson McKenzie (FAMU) as well as Indiana shortstop Cooper Malamazian, Georgia outfielder Ty Peeples and junior-college catcher Coy Clements.

With FSU’s 2026 weekend starting rotation drafted, UConn left-hander Caden Suchy is the front-runner to be the No. 1 starter. Suchy was the Big East pitcher of the year this spring. The Seminoles have landed three right-handers — Sebastian Lippman of Florida Gulf Coast, Isaiah Shayter of Penn State and Otto Espinoza of California.
