Florida State has hired Kam Martin to coach running backs and Brandon Harris to coach cornerbacks, according to reports by CBSSports.com and On3.

Martin most recently has worked at Tulsa as a running backs coach and associate head coach. He previously worked with Gus Malzahn at UCF as running backs coach in 2023 and '24.

At UCF, Martin coached RJ Harvey. The Big 12 leader in rushing in 2024, Harvey had 1,577 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns.

Martin was a running back at Auburn under Malzahn. Martin ran for 1,564 yards and eight touchdowns at Auburn (2016-19).

Harris was UCF's cornerbacks coach in 2025 as well as FAU's cornerbacks coach / co-defensive coordinator in 2022-24. and he previously spent time as an analyst at FSU in 2020. He is the younger brother of FSU receivers coach Tim Harris Jr.

A second-round pick by Houston in 2011, Harris played for the Texans, Tennessee Titans and Miami Dolphins.

FSU has also hired Nick Williams to coach edge players. None of the hires have been announced by the school.
