Miami has been selected as the preseason favorite to win the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference football championship, followed by SMU, Louisville and Clemson.

Florida State was picked 11th, the lowest in the preseason projections since the school joined the league in 1992. The Seminoles also earned three first-place votes.

More than 185 members of the media who were credentialed for this year’s ACC Kickoff voted. Oddly, last place Stanford earned one vote.
