Florida State moved up in the weekly baseball polls after a third straight ACC series victory.

The Seminoles climbed four spots to No. 6 in Baseball America’s top 25. FSU also moved up three places to No. 7 in D1baseball’s rankings. The Seminoles are also up one spot to No. 7 in the USA Today coaches’ poll.

A midweek loss to Florida in Jacksonville as well as Sunday’s defeat to Duke didn’t diminish FSU (21-6, 7-2 ACC) in the eyes of the national voters. The outlook for the Seminoles is cloudy with Myles Bailey sidelined for the rest of the season, but FSU has captured three straight ACC series to open league play (at Wake Forest, NC State and Duke).

FSU will next travel to Stetson on Tuesday (6:30 p.m. on ESPN+) before opening a three-game series at No. 19 Virginia on Thursday.

UCLA and Texas retain the top spots in both polls. Georgia Tech remains the top ACC team at No. 3 in both polls.
