Florida State landed a commitment from four-star defensive lineman Sam LeJeune on Wednesday evening.

The 6-foot-3, 280-pound LeJeune is the No. 5 player in Mississippi in the 2027 class and one of the top 150 prospects in the nation regardless of position. He made his commitment decision in a video with 247Sports.

LeJeune had 58 tackles and 14 tackles for loss as a junior in 2025 at Poplarville (Miss.) High.

FSU, Cal and Washington were LeJeune’s finalists.

He joins four-star receiver Sean Green and four-star running back Jayden Miles as the top prospects who have committed to FSU in the class.
