FSU coach Mike Norvell and his staff continue to log virtual miles on the electronic and digital recruiting trial. The Seminoles have offered a pair of 2021 offensive tackles over the last seven days and have also extended more offers to prospects from the 2022 and 2023 recruiting classes.
Below is a quick capsule by recruiting class on each of the prospects who have reported offers from FSU on their social media pages:
Jacoby Jackson: OT prospect from Arlington (TX) Mansfield Summit HS reported an offer from FSU on his Twitter page. Jackson is 6-5 and 306 pounds. He is reported to also have offers from Arizona, Baylor, Duke, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, TCU and Texas Tech among others. 247Sports has Jackson rated as a three-star prospect and he is also ranked as the 86th-best offensive tackle in the country and the 147th-best overall prospect from Texas.

FSU also offered offensive tackle prospect Rod Orr from Gadsden (Ala.) City HS according to his Twitter page. Orr, 6-7 and 296 pounds, is reported to also hold offers from Minnesota, Mississippi State, Oregon, Tennessee, Kansas, Arkansas and Ole Miss among others. The rising senior is rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports, which also ranks him as the 51st-best offensive tackle prospect in the country and the 22nd-best overall prospect in the state of Alabama for 2021.

De’Jahn Warren from Lackawanna (Pa.) Junior College has also been offered by FSU. Warren, 6-0 and 175 pounds, is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Spots, which also has him ranked as the best overall Junior College prospect in the country. His list of offers includes Penn State, Maryland, Oklahoma, Alabama, Auburn and Florida among others.

FSU also has reportedly offered a handful of 2022 prospects over the last week, including offensive tackle prospect Jacob Allen from the Hun School in Princeton, N.J. Allen, 6-6 and 270 pounds, announced his offer from the Seminoles on his Twitter page and is also believed to have offers from a list of schools that includes Michigan, Michigan State, Oklahoma, Virginia and Texas A&M. 247Sports has Allen rated as a four-star prospect and he is ranked as the 10th-best offensive tackle in the country and the 3rd-best overall prospect in the state of New Jersey for the class of 2022.

Another highly rated 2022 prospect reporting an FSU offer is defensive end Earnest “RJ” Cooper from Arlington (TX) Martin High School. Cooper, 6-4 and 215 pounds, is also reported to have offers from Alabama, LSU, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M and Southern Cal. 247Sports has Cooper rated as a four-star prospect and rank him as the 6th-best WDE and 10th-best overall prospect in the state of Texas for 2022.

Another 2022 prospect from Texas with an offer from the Seminoles is Malick Sylla. The 6-5 and 225-pound rising junior is reported to have offers from Alabama, LSU, Penn State, Texas, Southern Cal, Auburn and Tennessee. The Katy (TX) High prospect is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports, the 5th-best WDE in the country and the 9th-best overall prospect in Texas.

Ja’Darian Rhym, 6-1 and 170 pounds, a cornerback from Valdosta (Ga.) High, has also received an offer from FSU. The rising junior has also reportedly been offered by Florida, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Troy and Cincinnati. Rhym is currently unrated and unranked by 247Sports.

Another Georgia prospect for 2022 reporting an offer from FSU is offensive tackle Nick Williams from North Augusta (Ga.) Fox Creek High School. Williams, 6-5 and 300 pounds, is also believed to have offers from Arkansas, Florida, Georgia Tech, Syracuse and Tennessee. Like Rhym, he currently doesn’t hold a rating or rank from 247Sports.

The Seminoles have also reportedly offered several more prospects from the class of 2023. Rising sophomores Adam Hopkins and Cole Shivers have both reported FSU offers. Hopkins, 6-0 and 170 pounds, attends Thomas County (Ga.) High School and is being recruited as an athlete. He is also believed to have offers from Georgia and Georgia Tech. Shivers, 5-10 and 190 pounds, is a cornerback prospect from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro High School.
