Florida State continues to be very active with extending offers to prospects for the 2022 recruiting cycle. The Seminoles offered defensive tackle Keith “KJ” Miles Jr. The rising senior from Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peters Prep High School announced he received his FSU offer from coach Mike Norvell and defensive tackles coach Odell Haggins via Twitter.
Miles, 6-3 and 260-pounds, is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports, which also ranks him as the 18th-best defensive tackle prospect in the country for the class of 2022 and the 4th-best overall prospect from New Jersey. His list of reported offers reads like a who’s who of college football and includes Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, Penn State, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Wisconsin (to name a few).
He has also played offensive tackle in high school.

FSU also learned on Sunday that it is among the top 10 schools that class of 2023 defensive end prospect Derrick LeBlanc is considering. LeBlanc, 6-foot-5 and 240 pounds, attends Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola High.
The other schools on his list include Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Southern Cal and Texas A&M. He is currently unrated and unranked by 247Sports but is obviously one of the more highly sought after defensive end prospects in the country at this point in his recruitment.
