Jerry Kutz, Publisher/owner
FSU graduate (1974, ’75 MBA) co-founded Osceola in 1982. With an emphasis on excellent reporters and writers, Osceola became a trusted source for FSU sports. After selling the publication, Kutz began a 20-year career with Seminole Boosters in many aspects of athletics administration, which now provides Osceola with a rich perspective when writing about FSU business issues or athletics history. After retiring, Kutz bought Osceola and expanded the staff of writers with experience in athletics and journalism. Passionate about the fan experience, Jerry is also committed to creating content to enhance the reader’s FSU experience in terms of affordable and convenient travel ideas and fun events. Bob Ferrante, Managing editor
Bob is in his 10th year with Osceola, beginning as a contributing writer and columnist before becoming editor in November 2014. In the last four-plus years, Bob has covered FSU sports as well as topics of interest pertaining to ACC and college athletics. Bob’s writing career began as a high school sports correspondent at the Tallahassee Democrat in 1994. The FSU graduate (1998) spent the next eight years at the Democrat as a copy editor. Patrick Burnham, Writer
A lifetime in sports, with a passion for writing, allows Pat to take stories a level deeper. Most recently Pat oversaw stadium and football operations for the Western Conference of the Alliance of American Football. He spent 2013-14 as a College Football Recruiting Analyst for Fox Sports and Scout.com. From 2006-2013 Pat worked for the University of South Florida football as Director of High School Relations (2006) and Director of Player Development (2007-2013), working for Jim Leavitt (2006-2009) and for Skip Holtz (2010-2012). Patrick worked for the Osceola in college. His mother, Barbara, was an Osceola copy editor and his father, Wally, was FSU’s linebacker coach from 1985-1993.
