Cornerback prospect Jeadyn Lukus announced early this week that he has an offer from the Seminoles. Lukus, 6-1 and 175 pounds, is from Mauldin (S.C.) High School. He is also reported to have offers from Auburn, Clemson, Florida, Georgia, LSU and Michigan among others. 247Sports has Lukus rated as a four-star prospect and he ranks as the 11th-best CB prospect in the country and second-best overall prospect from his home state.
Defensive tackle prospect Derrick Shepard from Archbishop Alter in Dayton, Ohio, announced he has an FSU offer. He is also reported to have offers from a list of schools that includes Boston College, Georgia Teach, Iowa State, Michigan State, Nebraska and Pitt. Shepard, 6-3 and 315 pounds, is considered a three-star prospect by 247Sports, which also has him ranked as the 23rd-best DT prospect in the nation and the 14th-best overall prospect from his home state.
Another prospect to announce he has received an updated offer from FSU is defensive end prospect Aaron Wilson from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore. The 6-2 and 235-pound rising junior is also reported to have offers from Arkansas, Boston College, Florida, Maryland and Miami among others. Wilson is rated as a four-star product by 247Sports, which also has him ranked as the 17th-best overall prospect in the country for his class, the second-best SDE in the country and the best overall prospect from his home state.
