Professional team sports will return in the US this weekend. And some Florida State graduates will participate.

The National Women’s Soccer League will play an eight-team tournament beginning on Saturday and running through July 26. All games will be played in Utah.

Goalkeeper Cassie Miller and defender Casey Short will play for Chicago. Jamia Fields plays for Houston, while Tori Huster plays for Washington.

Miller had 48 career shutouts at FSU, which was the third-most by a goalkeeper in NCAA history. Fields had four goals and eight assists in 2014 as FSU won the Women’s College Cup. Huster was a four-year starter who had 20 career goals. Short was an All-ACC pick who helped the Seminoles to nine straight shutouts in 2012 as a senior.

Game 1 on Saturday features North Carolina vs. Portland at 12:30 p.m. (CBS) and the second game will be Chicago vs. Washington at 10 p.m. (CBS All Access). Some games will also air on CBS Sports Network (check your TV or satellite provider).
