Shortly after new FSU head football coach Mike Norvell announced he would retain Odell Haggins as associate head coach and defensive line coach he made his first hire from outside the current group of Seminole assistants. And it was a familiar colleague for Norvell.
Kenny Dillingham, who was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Auburn this year, was named FSU’s quarterback coach and offensive coordinator. There were reports Dillingham would join Norvell in Tallahassee early this week, but FSU made the hiring official on Wednesday.
