Louisville roster filled with Florida-born prospects

When it comes to recruiting the state of Florida not many Power 5 programs outside the state of Florida have done as well as the Louisville Cardinals.

Louisville has landed two quarterbacks from Florida who went on to become first-round picks, with one winning the Heisman Trophy. Lamar Jackson and Teddy Bridgewater both had successful high school, college and now productive NFL careers.

Bridgewater ended up starting his freshman season after replacing starter Will Stein. Lamar Jackson also started eight games as a freshman. Both went on to be selected with the 32nd pick . . .
