Looking for holiday ideas for your favorite FSU fan? Here are a few

Aside from a subscription to The Osceola, what do you get your favorite Seminole for Christmas? I’ve got a few suggestions!

I had to (poor me) dive into some more shopping when I discovered my nieces in New Jersey are requesting Seminole gear for Christmas (yay)! That makes me so happy, especially since my sister went to the University of Maine. Auntie Vera is doing something right.

Here are some ideas from our partner Fanatics.com, who is offering attractive discounts:

First, you can’t go wrong with hoodies these days. I think my teenage son owns about 20 of them. I like these because they’re classic.

Or this one here.

And some sweatpants to go with it.

For some fun non-apparel gift ideas I found this great Seminole throw:

You can never have too many. We still have an FSU snuggie some friends gave us years ago. It’s been through a lot and I’m afraid I don’t have the heart to get rid of the poor threadbare thing.

Cornhole, anyone? This is a really pretty set.

And in case anyone (Jerry) is listening I just LOVE this pajama set and slippers.

Hope this helps with some of your Seminole shopping. Merry Christmas and Go ‘Noles!

If you still have you credit card out, I’m a size large.

While I like to shop locally at Garnet and Gold, I love Fanatics.

Once you’re on its mailing list, Fanatics is always offering discounts. It also offers a lot of stuff that G&G does not have. For instance, last year and this year, I purchased ugly FSU Christmas sweaters, which get me a lot of compliments, except from my wife.

It also has a great return policy. I bought a pair of the Nike FSU Pegasus shoes, put them in the trunk of my car and basically forgot about them. Months later, when I tried to put them on, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Fanatics sent me a shipping label and within a week, the refund showed up on my AmEx account.
