Dear Jacksonville Seminole Club Members and FSU Fans,
Please join us on Tuesday, June 23rd at 6 p.m. for a Zoom “Happy Hour” featuring the Osceola.com staff and friends to talk about FSU football past and present.
The session will include Osceola Publisher and former Vice President of Seminole Boosters Jerry Kutz, Managing Editor Bob Ferrante, writer Pat Burnham, Seminole Booster Executive Vice President Greg Hulen and gridiron greats Charlie Hunt, Sr., Todd Fordham, Kez McCorvey and Sammie Smith and more.
Charlie Hunt, Sr. played at FSU from 1970-1972. He was one of the first four African American football players at FSU. He went in to play for the San Francisco 49ers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Charles Is a personal trainer and has been the Track/Football coach at Episcopal School of Jacksonville for 34 years.
Todd Fordham played at FSU (1993-96), the Jaguars (1997-2002), the Pittsburgh Steelers (2003) and Carolina Panthers (2004-06). Todd currently is a medical device representative in Jacksonville and is an assistant coach at Jacksonville Bolles where he coaches his sons.
Seminole Boosters EVP Greg Hulen will talk about 2020 football season ticket sales, fundraising and the impact of Covid-19.
In addition to scheduled guests, Osceola Happy Hours are often joined by former Seminole players and coaches, including: Bill Ragans, John Crowe, Ron Sellers, Dale McCullers, Richie Andrews, Mark Salva, coaches Billy Sexton and Wally Burnham as well as student-athletes and coaches from other sports.
