Florida State had quietly made an impression with series wins over the likes of Virginia and Virginia Tech. But a 4-0 week against rivals Florida and Miami put the Seminoles back in the top 25.
FSU returned to the Baseball America poll at No. 15 on Monday morning. Miami slipped from No. 5 to 18th.

In the D1baseball.com poll, the Seminoles are 17th with Miami at 19th.
The SEC has the top five spots, led by Arkansas. Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Mississippi and Florida round out the top 5 in the Baseball America poll. Louisville is the top ACC team at No. 7.
Robby Martin named ACC player of week
Third-year sophomore Robby Martin hit .550 with three doubles, three home runs and 12 RBI to earn ACC Player of the Week honors.
Against Florida, Martin had his first career multi-home run game, hitting a three-run bomb in the first inning and adding a two-run shot in the sixth inning. It was his second straight game with five RBI, a season high.
In Coral Gables, Martin scored a career-high four runs in the opener, with his first two doubles of the season and a single. Saturday, he added two more hits and another RBI double. In the finale, he had an RBI single in the first inning, a solo home run in the third and a two-run single in the fourth inning.
Over the past four games, Martin has seen his average jump from .250 to .338.
