FSU soccer routs Pitt

The No. 1 Florida State soccer team secured its fifth shutout of the season on Thursday night, knocking off Pittsburgh 5-0.

Gianna Mitchell scored two goals, while Maria Alagoa, Clara Robbins and Kristina Lynch had a goal apiece for the Seminoles. Lynch’s goal in the 46th minute made her the 15th player to score a goal this season. Robbins now has four goals this season.

FSU, which had 22 shots on goal, improved to 9-0, 2-0 ACC.

Pitt (7-3) had just one shot on goal and one corner kick.
