FSU sluggish in home loss to GT

Bianca Jackson scored 13 points but Florida State was flat from the start in a 62-48 loss to Georgia Tech.

Kourtney Weber had seven points and six rebounds for the Seminoles (8-6, 7-6 ACC).

It was FSU’s first loss of the season at the Donald L. Tucker Center. Georgia Tech swept the home-and-home between the teams.

Lorela Cubaj had 14 points and 10 rebounds and Nerea Hermosa added 14 points and eight rebounds for GT (13-5, 11-4).

FSU shot just 20 of 62 (32.3 percent) from the floor and 4 of 15 (26.7 percent) from 3-point range.
