FSU coach Mike Norvell and tight ends coach Chris Thomsen added two tight ends to a position that was greatly in need of depth. This would have been the case if FSU had only lost Gabe Nabers to graduation but the graduate transfer of Tre’ McKitty in January made landing at least two tight ends to the 2020 recruiting class vitally important.
Carter Boatwright signed with FSU during December’s early signing period and then the Seminoles signed Markeston Douglas last week on the traditional national signing day. The Seminoles may not be done yet at tight . . .
