Florida State has added a home game against FCS Jacksonville State on Oct. 3 in Tallahassee.
“It’s good to get that finalized and done,” FSU coach Mike Norvell said. “I know every opportunity our guys get a chance to play the game it’s special. Another home contest to build what was open from Samford and excited about that opportunity.”
The Seminoles will open the season against Georgia Tech on Sept. 12 and then have a bye week before traveling to Miami on Sept. 26. Following the Jacksonville State game, FSU will then travel to Notre Dame on Oct. 10.
FSU will also have another bye on Oct. 31 before finishing with the final five regular-season games.

On Thursday, FSU announced that fans would be allowed to tailgate (with some restrictions) before home games.
