First impressions: Jordan rules, run game carries FSU to 1st win

It wasn't exactly pretty and there is still a ton of room for improvement on both sides of the ball but Florida State got the result it wanted, a victory, against Jacksonville State. The Seminoles were down 14-0 early in the ballgame before coming back to win the game, 41-24.

The Gamecocks looked determined to pull of the improbable upset, taking a 21-14 lead into the locker room at halftime. However, it was all FSU (1-2) in the second half when the Seminoles' depth and talent overpowered JSU.
