Column: COVID communications challenges

Several Florida State football players went to Twitter last week expressing concern about the administration’s dissemination of information to the players and their parents. Immediately, the issue of transparency and a question of trust arose. And just as quickly, the media and fans – who, like me, don’t know jack about privacy laws – reacted with opinions that amplified a national drama.
