The Los Angeles Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 on Sunday night in Super Bowl LVI.
Cam Akers had a tough night as the Bengals keyed in on the run, picking up 21 yards on 13 carries. But he did have an 8-yard run that picked up a first down just before the two-minute warning on the Rams’ game-winning touchdown drive.
Jalen Ramsey had four tackles (three solos) and a pass defended. He gave up a long touchdown to Tee Higgins on a play in which the Bengals receiver grabbed Ramsey’s facemask but it wasn’t called.
Ramsey becomes the 12th FSU player to win a national title and a Super Bowl. The other 12 Noles to win national titles and Super Bowls: William Floyd, Andre Cooper, Devin Bush and Derrick Brooks (from 1993 team), Chris Hope and Anquan Boldin (1999 team), Bryan Stork, Tre’ Jackson, Ronald Darby, Timmy Jernigan and Cameron Erving (2013 team). We also have a full list of Noles who won Super Bowls below.
Another Seminole, golfer Brooks Koepka, was part of the commercials. He appeared in spots for Michelob Ultra. Koepka makes two appearances in this ad, with the first around 21 seconds in.
