Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy safety Kamari Wilson is one of the most highly sought after prospects in the 2022 recruiting class. On Friday he narrowed his list of possible college homes to six schools, including FSU.
The other five suitors still involved in Wilson’s recruitment are Florida, Georgia, LSU, Miami and Texas A&M.
Wilson, who is 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds, is considered a five-star prospect by 247Sports and ranks the rising senior as the No. 1 safety prospect in the country for the class of 2022. As a junior Wilson totaled 21 tackles and two interceptions in six games.
Wilson has reportedly set two of his NCAA-allowable five official visit dates. He is scheduled to visit Georgia and Texas A&M in June.
